NEW SERVICE TIMES
HAVE BEGUN - SUNDAYS AT 9!
Redeemer is embarking on a temporary partnership with Hamilton Park U.C.C. in which we will share Pastor Bob's time and salary. However, both churches have been meeting at 9:30 on Sundays. So, after polling both congregations, Redeemer expressed a preference for an earlier service, while Hamilton Park preferred a later one. So. . .
Redeemer will move to 9:00 AM and
Hamilton Park UCC will move to 10:30 AM
We will treat 2026 as a year of testing, learning, and honest conversation. Your feedback will be essential.
Why the partnership?
Sharing a pastor will help Redeemer strengthen her long-term financial stability. It will also allow us to have a greater impact in our community, and to shift our energy away from constant financial and administrative concerns. And THAT, dear friends, will give us the freedom to shift back to what matters: ministry, worship, service, and care for one another!
Be part of this new chapter at Redeemer. Provide your feedback and your support. Neither church received everything they hoped to have. But approaching this new era with openness and hope will help us move forward into greater stability and brighter days. JOIN US TO PRAISE GOD AND SEE WHAT HE HAS IN STORE FOR US!
Concert Series to Support
Redeemer’s Shiloh House Project
A free public concert series at Redeemer Lutheran church has
been planned, and will feature some of Lancaster’s exceptional musical groups.

• Sunday, March 22, 3:00 p.m. The Jazz Ministers

• Sunday, April 12, 3:00 p.m. Auscultation Brass - Lancaster area physicians who perform traditional, popular, and historical music composed for brass.

• Sunday, June 14, 3:00 p.m. Musical Art Society of Lancaster - A recital of solo and chamber music presented by outstanding area adult and student musicians.

An additional performance by Christian singer, Todd Miller, will be offered at a date to be announced.

Recognizing the shortage of affordable housing in Lancaster city, members of Redeemer Lutheran Church are converting the former church parsonage into two affordable housing units. The house
has been renamed “Shiloh House,” which can translate to “place of peace” or “wholeness”. We hope this home provides peace and wholeness to the individuals who will live there.
Monetary donations received at the concerts will go directly toward renovating the Shiloh House. RedeemerLutheran Church is located at 800 Fifth Street, Lancaster, PA. Parking is available at Wheatland Middle School with shuttle transport to and from the church. A reception will follow each performance.
