Pastor Dave was born and raised in Lebanon, Pa. He graduated from Shippensburg State College in 1975. After marrrying his high school sweetheart, Barbara, he attended and graduated from the Lutheran Theological Seminary in 1979. That same year they moved to Chambersburg, Pa to serve at the Second Lutheran Church. After more than five years there and welcoming their first child, Karli, to their family, they came to Redeemer Church in 1985. Their second daughter, Kaci, was born a couple of years later, and the Kreider family remains at Redeemer Karli attends the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Kaci is in her senior year at the University of Pittsburgh, and Barb is a guidance counselor at Garden Spot High School. Be on the look out for us as we run through our Hamilton Park neighborhood and work out at the Planet Fitness.

Leigh-Ann is a Gettysburg College graduate with a B.S. in Music Education. Following college she taught in the Gettysburg Area School District, while completing her Master's Degree in Music Education at Penn State. She has also taken courses at Westminster Choir College. Piano lessons began early, and continued at Gettysburg, Duquesne University, Youngstown State University, and Penn State, as well as private lessons with Wells Gemberling from the Curtis Institute. Organ teachers included Dexter Weikel of Gettysburg College, Jerry Mummert at Christ Lutheran, York, and Scott Weidler, formerly at Good Shepherd Lutheran, Lancaster, but currently at the ELCA national offices. Leigh-Ann played handbells at St. Paul Lutheran in Millersville, and has sung with church choirs in Gettysburg, York, and Lancaster. Excited and honored to be among the people of Redeemer, Leigh-Ann has found the congregation to be a generous group of people, always willing to lend a hand, or voice, or instrument to whatever she requests. Leigh-Ann lives in Landisville with her husband, Bill. Their 3 daughters visit from their homes in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
